Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP were conducting a R.I.D.E program on the weekend in South Dundas. Around 8:20pm on Saturday evening, officers stopped a vehicle on County Road 18. Investigation showed the woman at the wheel had been drinking.
The 45-year-old Ottawa woman was arrested and charged with driving while impaired and driving with over 80 milligrams blood alcohol. She was released and scheduled to appear in Cornwall court in June.
