A 46-year-old man from South Dundas is facing charges after a domestic situation. Around 9:40 Friday morning, police responded to a residence on Victoria Park Crescent , Morrisburg. Investigation showed an argument between a woman and her common-law husband resulted in the man stealing property.
The accused was also going against previous release conditions. He was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation. He was held in custody pending a bail appearance.
