The Two Rivers Food Hub is celebrating their first anniversary, and everyone is invited. The Food Hub is a connection point for buyers and sellers of local foods. Its mandate is to support the small farm agricultural community around the two rivers that run through Lanark, Leeds and Grenville counties.
At the open house, board members and staff will conduct a tour of the facility, showcasing new equipment and upgrades. They will provide an update on food hub activities to date and answer any questions. Guests will also be treated to samples from the Two Rivers Food Hub commercial kitchen users. The First Anniversary Open House happens on Wednesday, May 25th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Gallipeau Centre, County Road 43, Smiths Falls.
