UCDSB students raise $20,500 for the Champions for Kids Foundation

Last month’s C-4-K Day has raised $20,500 across the Upper Canada District School Board. The board-wide fundraiser was organized by the UCDSB Student Senate to benefit the Champions for Kids Foundation. 

Staff and students in area schools held fundraising events like a Zumbathon, Amazing Race, Marketplace of Fun Stations, popcorn sales and more. The charity C4K was formed in 2008 to assist UCDSB students in need of financial aid for sports and other activities, as well as outdoor clothing and minor medical expenses.
