The province says it’s making changes to help farmers better manage their business, reduce paperwork and save money.
Ontario officials say they are making improvements to the Community Loan Guarantee Program to extend repayment deadlines, increase lending capacity and provide farmers with greater flexibility to purchase essential supplies for growing crops.
The program’s loan repayment deadlines are being permanently extended from February 28th to September 30th after consultations.
