A 72-year-old Rockport man is facing additional charges of sexual assault dating back over forty years. On April 28th, the senior was re-arrested and charged with more historical sex offences dating back to the late 1960s. They are: 2 counts of gross indecency, 2 counts of indecent assault on a male, and 2 counts of sexual assault.
On April 12th, the accused was charged with three accounts in each of those categories, along with sexual exploitation. He was released on a promise to appear and officer-in-charge undertaking with conditions. He will appear in a Brockville courtroom in June.
