A North Dundas man has been charged after a break and enter in the township on the weekend.
Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP say on Saturday morning around 8:20, officers responded to a break in at a residence on Bailey Avenue in North Dundas Township.
Police say investigation determined a male entered the home of a family member unlawfully and the victim was not home at the time.
A 39-year-old North Dundas man was arrested and charged with break and enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence.
The man was released from custody and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court in December.
