At the North Grenville Economic Development Appreciation Breakfast on Friday, CAO Brian Carre and Director of Planning & Development Forbes Symon gave an in-depth presentation on their ongoing work for the future of Kemptville College. MPP Steve Clark spoke about the municipality’s efforts to rally stakeholders together to work toward a renewal of the economic asset.
The University of Guelph held convocation ceremonies for its final group of Kemptville Campus graduates on Friday. Two new French schools will be opening on campus this fall. The Municipality is in the process of negotiations with the province on the transfer of lands.
