The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E) Squad is asking the public for help locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant after a breach of Statutory Release.
Eric Vining is described as a Caucasian male, 35 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 195 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Vining has a Roman numeral “II” tattoo on his left forearm.
Vining is currently serving a three year sentence for Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle, Operate Motor Vehicle Flight from Peace Officer, Theft Under $5000, Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, Fail to Comply with Probation Order, Fail to Comply with Conditional of Recognizance, Unauthorized Use of Credit Card Data, Theft Over $5000 and Mischief in Relation to Other Property.
The R.O.P.E Sqaud says Vining is known to frequent Ottawa, Belleville, Quinte West, Ontario and has ties to Prince George, British Columbia.
