100 Women Who Care are getting excited for their fourth local fundraising event. The Thousand Islands Chapter is celebrating their first year as a registered charity, and the success of their first few events. In their first three gatherings, the group has raised a total of $26,000 for local initiatives. The chapter is hosting members and welcoming new women to the cause from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Brockville Country Club on Tuesday, April 26th.
Current members are being asked to re-commit to another year of giving and will be asked to complete a survey on how they would like to see the charity evolve over the next year. For more info, head to www.100womenwhocare1000islands.com.
