UPDATE: The missing four-year-old girl from Aurora at the centre of the Amber Alert has been found. Police found her father’s vehicle near Pembroke. After reaching high speeds, police say the van rolled, trapping the two inside. Police say Julia Dela Cruz was found responsive. Her father, 35-year-old Mario Rodrigues was found unresponsive. Police say he has been arrested and taken to hospital.

York Regional Police has issued an Amber Alert for a four-year-old girl. Julia Dela Cruz of Aurora was reportedly taken by her father 35-year-old Mario Rodrigues. Dela Cruz was last seen wearing a green shirt and grey track pants. She is described as 3-foot-5 and 60 pounds with a thin build & brown hair.Police say Rodrigues is driving a silver 2008 Toyota Sienna van with an Ontario plate BEZY781. He was last seen heading south Aurora around 6:00am.
