Brockville General Hospital and the Brockville General Volunteer Association are honouring volunteers as part of National Volunteer Week, April 10-16. Nearly 300 dedicated individuals volunteer their time at BGH.
Volunteers work in various areas of the hospital, including palliative care, day surgery, information desk, and the gift shop. This year, the BGVA is using National Volunteer Week to recruit new volunteers.
An Open House is scheduled for Monday, April 11, where interested citizens can speak to current volunteers and find out more about how they can support the hospital. For more info, head to the hospital website.
