YMCA launches free virtual programs

The YMCA of Eastern Ontario has launched free online programming and workouts. The new digital platform, called YMCA at Home, aims to keep people healthy and connected from the comfort of their homes.

YMCA facilities are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rob Adams, CEO for YMCA of Eastern Ontario, says the organization prides itself on always being there for the communities it serves. He noted YMCA at Home is an excellent platform that offers activities for all levels and ages, from kids to seniors.

New activities are being added regularly and can be found here.
