There are two more retirement homes reporting outbreaks. The Van Horne and Willowdale Retirement Residences have reported outbreaks of COVID-19. One staff member has tested positive.
Infection control measures have been put into place and the staff and administration of the homes are working with the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit.
The staff member is home and self-isolating.

We continue to follow heightened COVID-19 infection control and screening protocols and all recommendations of the Chief Medical Officer of Health and Leeds, Grenville and Lanark Health Unit.”
Other staff have been instructed to monitor their health and report any symptoms immediately to public health.
