A Prescott man is facing charges following an altercation.
OPP officers responded to a report of a possible assault outside a residence on Edward Street yesterday around 11:00am. Investigation indicated that a fight occurred between two adults.
The 26-year-old victim, also from Prescott, attended a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The 31-year-old was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
The accused is being held for bail and will appear at Brockville Court at a later date.
