Environment Canada has issued an extreme cold warning for the Prescott area. They say wind chills near minus 35 are expected early this morning and temperatures should rise later this morning.
Environment Canada adds some areas in Eastern Ontario may experience these wind chills again tonight into tomorrow morning.
