Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning.
They say hazardous winter conditions are expected as snow continues today before tapering off in the evening and ending by midnight. Environment Canada says snow will be heavy at times with total snowfall amounts of 25 to 35 centimetres likely by the time the snow ends tonight.
Environment Canada reminds the public that rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult, visibility may be suddenly reduced at times and poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays.
