Student Transportation of Eastern Ontario (STEO) says regular transportation for students in grades nine to 12 at Upper Canada District School Board schools is cancelled today.
The cancellations are due to the Ontario Secondary School Teacher’s Federation rotating strike. STEO says transportation will run as normal though for students in junior kindergarten all the way to grade eight, including students in grade seven and eight that attend a high school for classes.
Special transportation for grades seven to 12 students going to ABLE, SDP, Transitions and Foundations is cancelled as well, according to STEO.
Transportation for students in the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario is not impacted. Regular transportation will resume tomorrow.
