A RIDE check on the 401 last weekend resulted in charges for a Montreal man. Around 1:45 in the afternoon on Saturday, police were stopping vehicles at an off-ramp in South Dundas. One of these checks turned up a quantity of marijuana.
A 22-year-old man from Quebec was arrested and charged with possession under 30 grams. He was released and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court in May.
