At their regular meeting scheduled for tomorrow night, Prescott town council will be discussing a contribution of $2,500 to the Community Drug Strategy Initiative. Council will also vote on showing support for the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival by signing a $35,000 letter of credit.
Council will look at the allocation of funds to various organizations through the Community Funding and Special Events & Tourism Grant. Also on the table, an agreement with the United Counties to provide networked geographic information services or GIS to the Town of Prescott.
The meeting starts at 7:00pm Tuesday and it’s open to the public.
