The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for help from the public in locating a federal offender. Ryan Phillips is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for breaching his day parole.
He is described as black 34-years-old, 5’7”, 155 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
He has tattoos on the right side of his head, left cheek, right hand, upper back, forehead and scars on his chest and upper back. Phillips is serving a nearly three year sentence for robbery, use of imitation firearm, theft, possession of a scheduled substance and assault causing bodily harm.
Police say he’s known to visit the Ottawa, Toronto and Hamilton areas. Anyone with information is asked to contact the R.O.P.E. Squad by calling 416-808-5900.
