It’s time to roll up your sleeve and donate blood.
Canadian Blood Services will visit the W.B. George Centre at Kemptville Campus with its mobile blood donor clinic on Monday, October 7th. Appointments are from from 1:30pm to 4:00pm and 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
Canadian Blood Services Territory Manager Jan Grant says they hope to collect 96 units of blood to help meet the need of hospitals. Grant also commented that all blood types are needed to help maintain the national blood supply. She says only about four percent of eligible donors actually donate blood through Canadian Blood Services.
