Kemptville District Hospital is working on a new strategic plan and they are looking for input from the community. Catherine Van Vliet is working with CEO Frank Vassallo and KDH Board Chair Lis Angus on the hospital’s new strategic plan process, entitled “Your hospital, your healthy future.” She says it’s all about collaborating with the public.
Van Vliet says a 38% increase in senior population is expected over the next ten years. The hospital needs to change services and programs to accommodate the change, and that will require collaboration with the community, and planning.
There will be a public consultation on Tuesday, March 29th from 6:30-9:00pm at the North Grenville Municipal Centre. You can also provide your input online at www.kdh.on.ca.
