Grenville County OPP is asking for help to identify a man following a sexual assault. The incident occurred yesterday around 2:30pm. The OPP says a 16-year-old girl was walking on Prescott Street and using the trail located behind the old Truck Centre off Bridge Street in Kemptville.Â
The victim was approached by an unknown male, who reached towards her with his hand and attempted to lift her skirt from the front, according to police. The victim fled the area and the culprit didn’t follow.Â
The man is described as being in his late teens, early 20s, white, bald, with no facial hair, hat or glasses. He is 5’5 or 5’6, heavy set and wore a white or blue t-shirt, dark possibly navy basketball type shorts and sneakers. There was a white, almost transparent container, attached to the rear of his bike. Â
