Live At The Falls to feature Colin James

The people who brought you Kemptville Live Music Festival are launching a new blues festival in Smiths Falls. Live At The Falls is set for August 16 and 17, at the Gallipeau Centre. 

The line-up includes Colin James, The Legendary Powder Blues Band and MonkeyJunk.

Organizer Bob Besharah says it’s the first year, so ticket prices are fairly low. He noted it’s the same set-up as Kemptville Live, with camping and parking on site. 

Besharah says the goal is to make it an annual blues festival. He explained the Calabogie Bluesfest went down last year and he saw a big hole, which is why organizers started Live At The Falls.
