United Counties of Leeds and Grenville are looking for the next recipient of the Bill Thake Memorial Economic Development Leadership Award.
The annual award was introduced in 2011 and aims to recognize volunteers who show outstanding commitment and leadership that help grow the Leeds and Grenville economy. Last year’s recipient was heritage mapmaker and Rideau Lakes trail promoter, Doug Bond.
The nomination deadline is Friday, September 27th. The award will be presented at the 11th annual Leeds Grenville Economic Development Summit on Friday, November 22nd. The event will be happening at the North Grenville Municipal Centre.
