Now that the weather is warmer, you may notice your doorbell rings more often. The Town of Prescott would like to remind residents that a license is required for door-to-door sales.
If someone shows up at your door and you would like to ensure they are a legitimate business, ask to see their license from the town. If they cannot produce one, you can send them to the municipal offices to obtain one, or call the police.
