Update 2: King Street Westbound between Edward Street and Centre Street in Prescott has been reopened.
Update: The lanes have been reduced to one between Maitland and Prescott now, according to OPP. Both Eastbound lanes remain closed on the 401 between Mailtland and Prescott. In Prescott, Westbound on King Street between Edward Street and Centre Street has been closed due to emergency services on scene.

Ontario 511 has posted it is closed due to a collision. In a tweet, the OPP says re-opening time is unknown between County Road 15 and Edward Street.
