The residents of Victor Road in Prescott are looking for help in blocking noise along the 401. Acting CAO Rob Wittkie says the group presented a petition to council on Monday night, requesting support for the installation of a noise barrier.
Wittkie says the petition will be sent to the province, which can be somewhat slow to act on this type of thing, but at least they’ve got the ball rolling in the right direction.
