The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement or “ROPE” Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his Breach of Parole. Jamie David Cook is described as a non-white male, 32 years old, 5’ 10”, 200 lbs. with short black hair and brown eyes.
Cook has a tattoo on his left hand that says “BREED”, a tattoo on his right hand that says “DYING” and a tattoo on his neck that says “LOYALTY”. He is serving a sentence for armed robbery, forcible confinement, disguise and assault of a peace officer. He is known to frequent the Brockville area among other regions.
