One man is dead and another was taken to hospital yesterday following a snowmobile collision on a trail, in South Dundas Township.
OPP officers were called to the scene and arrived to find that two snowmobiles had been travelling together when they struck a ditch off the trail.
A 26 year old man from Ottawa was pronounced dead at the scene and the other driver, a 36 year old man from Manotick was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The OPP is continuing their investigation.
