Ryan Hartman, the man at the center of the ‘sexsomnia’ case, is facing historical sexual assault charges. Two female victims have come forward with complaints of sexual offences.
The assaults occurred between 2008 and 2011, when the victims were 14 and 15-years-old. Police say the assaults happened in North Grenville.
Hartman was charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference and adult invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age yesterday. He is being held for bail court in Brockville.
Hartman was found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman at a house party in Oxford Mills in 2011. He is appealing the sentence.
