A number of local Members of Provincial Parliament recently took part in a tour of high schools within the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario. The politicians had a chance to visit students in Grade 10 Civics, where they discussed their own experiences in politics, current issues for local constituents, and how government functions in Ontario.
Each of the MPP’s also took the time to answer questions. The presentations gave students an authentic learning experience. The visiting MPPs were Grant Crack, Jim McDonnell, Randy Hillier and Steve Clark.
