There may be delays when driving through Johnstown on Wednesday.
There will be a lane closure on Highway two at the Port of Johnstown Railway Bridge near the intersection of Windmill Road. Workers will be doing a fracture investigation there. The closure will happen between nine in the morning to three that afternoon.
