The SIU cleared the officers who shot at Faisal Hussain after he killed two people and injured 13 in Toronto. Hussain was discovered dead afterwards, with police reports suggesting he had shot himself. According to a recent court report, police found a cache of weapons and ammo in Hussain’s apartment.
