Brockville General Hospital (BGH) welcomed its first baby of 2019. Myles was born at 1:08am on January 1 to mom Cassandra Parks and dad Andrew Kreeft. Myles is a little brother to 11-month-old Rayna.
Parks says the staff at BGH are wonderful and very supportive. She says Myles was given a handcrafted sleeping sack and some hats.
Parks plans on heading home and getting Rayna adjusted to life with her new brother.
She says Myles showed up late. He was due on December 26 but held on until the New Year.
The family lives in Brockville.
