A 26-year-old man from Cornwall is facing charges after a domestic incident in Chesterville. Just before 6:30 in the morning on Sunday, police were called to a report of a situation at a home on Harper Street in the village. Investigation showed a man and his spouse had been arguing.
Further information revealed he was going against a condition put in place after a previous incident. He was arrested and charged because he failed to remain at his residence. He will be held in custody until his bail appearance.
