The total amount raised from Luxe Boutiques’ A Haunted Christmas has been counted.
Over $100 and six boxes of food has been raised for the Prescott food bank. Organizer Wendy Hennessey says it is incredible for the first year doing the event. She adds they also gave the Kinsmen toys they collected at the boutiques.
Attendees were able to walk through a haunted house with a donation to get in. The event ran for two weekends, Hennessey says the busiest night was this past Friday with people coming through non-stop.
Hennessey says they are continuing to collect cash donations for the food bank. They have a jar set up at the cash.
