More than $6,900 was raised for the South Grenville Food Bank during last week’s Coast FM Radiothon.
The team from Coast FM, along with volunteers from the food bank, manned the phones and spoke to community members about the importance of the organization Friday.
The event ran from 6:00am to 6:00pm taking in pledges and non-perishable food donations.
