Luxe Boutiques has a new haunted event beginning tonight.
A Haunted Christmas Food Drive allows attendees to walk through a haunted basement at 392 Edward Street South. Organizer Kelly Benish says the rooms have been completely changed since the last scary event. She adds volunteers from the Brockville Tunnel of Terror are helping with this event. On December 15th Santa will be there as well. Benish notes the boutiques are opened whenever this event is happening.
“So if you’re just bringing your kids in or you want to do some later in the evening shopping, come on down everything’s open, you can peruse. You can send kids down stairs to get scared and you can stay upstairs and have a coffee, hot chocolate and shop the boutique.”
The event will be running tonight, tomorrow, Saturday and next Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It runs from five to nine each night and admittance is a donation to the Prescott food bank. Owner/Operator of Crazy Bowls Wendy Hennessey says there will be food available to purchase each evening. Benish and Hennessey thank everyone who has helped support this event.
