Social Services Minister Lisa MacLeod says she believes critics and anti-poverty advocates will be surprised by the new plan, which will focus on support for the most vulnerable. NDP Leader Andrea Horwath says she’s very worried for what the province has in store.

Ottawa is attempting to stimulate more job creation by deepening Canada’s deficit.
