OPP has charged a 21-year old after a local teen died from injuries after an ATV crash.
Jasmine Saunders passed away on October 28th from injuries after the ATV she was on rolled into a ditch on August 17th.
Police say as a result of the investigation, they have charged a South Dundas woman with: drive a motor vehicle while impaired – cause death, drive a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood – cause death, criminal negligence cause death, drive a motor vehicle while impaired – cause bodily harm, drive a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood – cause bodily harm, criminal negligence cause bodily harm.
The 21-year old was released and is scheduled to appear in court on November 29. The investigation continues.
