The Brockville General Hospital has a new Doctor on staff.
Doctor Nida Riaz specializes in internal medicine and gerontology. Doctor Riaz graduated from McMaster University and went to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation for her Geriatric Medicine Fellowship. Her Internal Medicine residency was completed at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital. Doctor Riaz says it was an obvious choice to choose the hospital in Brockville.

Doctor Riaz is a member of American Geriatrics Society, American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, Medical Counsel of Canada and College of Physician and Surgeons of Ontario. She also is dual certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Royal College of Physician of Canada with added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine.
