Brockville Police Lay Multiple Charges During And After Operation Impact

The Brockville Police Service say 20 charges were laid last weekend during Operation Impact.

The campaign targeted impaired driving, seat belts, aggressive driving and distracted driving. Police say those four things are the main causes of collisions and deaths on the roads in Canada. The campaign ran from October fifth to the eighth.

Police say on Tuesday, two motorists were charged with stunt driving. The 57 and 42-year old drivers were served with summons to appear in court and their vehicles were impounded.
