Environment Canada has issued a tornado watch for Kemptville, Merrickville-Wolford, Brockville and Prescott. Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms which may produce tornadoes.
An isolated tornado is possible tonight. The worst of the storm is expected to hit around 7:00pm.
In the event of a tornado, go indoors to a room on the lowest floor away from outside walls and windows, such as the basement or stairwell.
