Gord Brown, Member of Parliament for Leeds-Grenville has announced that he is holding a consultation on doctor assisted suicide. Brown says assisted suicide is an important issue in the riding and he has already heard input from a number of constituents.
You can submit your thoughts on assisted suicide in writing anytime during the week of February 8th to the 12th. Those wishing to speak at the consultation will be given two to three minutes to present their thoughts. The consultation on assisted suicide happens on Monday, February 8 from 5 pm to 6:45 pm in the large community room at the 1000 Islands Mall.
