Canada Border Services have stopped a Quebec man who was carrying pornographic images of children. On January 14th, CBSA officers at the Thousand Islands port of entry did a search and found a child sex abuse video on a laptop.
The owner was arrested and investigators were brought in to continue with analysis. The 30-year-old accused is charged with possessing and importing child pornography, along with other customs act offences related to the material. He was held in custody for a week until a bail hearing scheduled for today in Brockville. The investigation continues.
