Prescott appoints new Clerk / Manager Administrative Services

The Town of Prescott has announced the promotion of Kimberley Casselman to the revised position of Clerk and Manager of Administrative Services. Ms. Casselman will report to the Director of Corporate Services. She has served as the Town’s Deputy Clerk and Coordinator of Administrative Services for the past year. Prior to that, she worked in the Clerk’s department with the City of Ottawa for over six years and for one year with the Municipality of South Dundas.

In her new position, Ms. Casselman will be responsible for supervising all staff who provide administrative support services to the Corporate Services and Operations departments and also provide support to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Mayor, and Council. As well, she will be fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of Clerk under the Municipal Act and other legislated requirements.
