A new Peer Support Group is happening in Cardinal for people living with addictions and/or mental health challenges. It takes place from 11:00am to 3:00pm at the Ingredion Centre.
There will be guest speakers, wellness recovery action planning, coffee and snacks, movies and activities. It’s for ages 16 and up, and no referral or appointment is required. For more info, call 613-922-4264 or visit Peer Support.
