Prescott has ended the burn ban that was in place since July 12th.
The Town says Prescott’s Fire Department lifted the burn ban on Friday because enough rain has fallen. The Fire Department feels it’s now safe for burning in the Town of Prescott with the forecast ahead as well.
The department says residents are now safe to have small recreational fires that abide by the burning bylaw.
